The purpose of this activity; to enable participants to understand the relationship between formative assessment and feedback, to gain insight into the role of feedback in supporting development and to learn about common mistakes in feedback. Within the scope of this activity, written, oral and symbol and feedback, issues to be considered in giving effective feedback and sustainable feedback in following the development will also be mentioned.

It aims to provide academics with the skills of preparing an effective, flexible and applicable curriculum for the courses they will take during the semester and to create a draft for a course. Instructors can anticipate their goals or potential problems that may arise and prepare accordingly. In addition, a road map has been created for the students who will take the course. In this way, students can make a better planning by knowing what is expected of them during the semester. Studies show that the beliefs students have while coming to the lesson have a direct effect on what they will receive from the lesson.
